Refund Policy

Our Policy

Satsquatch Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, including:

  • Partial billing periods when you cancel mid-cycle
  • Periods where you did not use the Service
  • Unused features within a paid tier

What Happens When You Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Satsquatch Pro → Manage subscription
  2. Or email support@satsquatch.app

After cancellation:

  • You retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • Your data remains intact; you simply return to the free tier

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or charges for a subscription you did not authorize — contact support@satsquatch.app within 30 days and we will review your case. Legitimate billing errors are corrected.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email. Chargebacks disputed in bad faith (after the service was received and working) may result in account termination.

Annual Plans

If we offer annual Pro plans in the future, the same "no refunds" policy applies. Annual subscribers who cancel retain access until the end of the paid year.
